Using full sentences to evaluate your final product. Write about the following in detail:


What went well?
What didn’t go so well?
What did you learn today? (skills/ nutritional information/new concept)
Did you work safely? Explain giving examples.( e.g use of knife holds)
Did you select and use equipment correctly?(what techniques did you use whilst using equipment)
How well did you follow the recipe?
Did you work independently?
How well did you manage your time?
Comment on the taste, texture, appearance and aroma.
