You will need:

A bread base of your choice for example:

• 1 tortilla wrap
• 2 slices of bread
• 1 ciabatta
• 1 Panini
• 1 small baguette
• 2 savoury muffins

1 small onion

1 small red or green pepper

50g cheese

2 tbsp tomato puree

In addition you may choose optional toppings from the list below:

1 slice cooked bacon

1 slice ham

1 slice cooked chicken

Tuna

2 mushrooms

2 tbsp sweetcorn

4 cherry tomatoes
