Period 3 Wednesday 21/01/18

Dear Wednesday group,


Unfortunately your practical will be postponed until next week now (28/03/18) due to a last minute meeting.


Apologies for another missed practical.


If you have already bought chicken stirfry ingredients bring them with you for next weeks practical instead, ( try to freeze your ingredients if possible).




If you are yet to purchase ingredients, please bring with you instead ingredients to make fish goujons.


If fish cannot be used due to dietary needs please opt for 2 small chicken fillets or a packet of halloumi cheese.

Wednesday 10th January Period 3 - No ingredients needed

Dear Year 7,


Our lesson on Wednesday 10th January period 3 will now not require any ingredients due to me needing to attend a meeting at Harris Academy Crystal Palace.


If you have bought ingredients for the lesson already, please hold onto them, keep them in the fridge and they should be useable for next week, when we will then complete the coleslaw practical.
