Coleslaw






Ingredients

¼ white cabbage

1 carrot

1 small onion

Mayonnaise or natural yogurt to mix




Equipment

Cooks knife

Vegetable knife

Peeler

Grater

Chopping board (green/brown)

Tablespoon

Teaspoon

Mixing bowl



Method



1. Place mayonnaise or yogurt in a bowl.



2. Wash vegetables.


3. Peel and grate carrot.

4. Trim and shred cabbage.

5. Peel and dice onion.

6. Place carrot, cabbage, and onion  into a large bowl and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
